Thank you for the excellent service. My Dyson washing machine CR01 Memory blew the circuit breakers. With the help of your forum I suspected a defect heater element. It's not available anymore. But you promised me to try to get one. I offered to call you back, because I live in the Netherlands and it would cost you extra phone charge. But you told me not to worry and you called me the next day. A new one was not available, but you got a second hand one. For only twenty pound you would send it to me. I know the mail service from England to the Netherlands is slow, but after a week I received a very neat heater element with just a minimal residu of calcium. With the help of the recommended youtube film we changed the element and the Dyson is working as usual. Without your help I would have had to give up on my Dyson. It's very sad that they don't make them anymore. I've got the Dyson for 12 years now and I don't expect it will last another 12 years, but in the meantime I will enjoy the experience of the Dyson washing machine as long as it will serve me.I'm very grateful for the service of you company to make that possible.Kind regards and good luck with your company,Gera de GraafThe HagueThe Netherlands
Re: Order 9866I wanted to just say a big thank you for the recent processing of my order. I cannot get replacement parts for my very old Dyson easily and it makes it even harder as I live in Australia. I ordered a new wand on 8th March and just 10 days later it has just been delivered. Your charges are very reasonable and I think this is an example of excellent service. My old battered machine is now usable again even if it has gone from light blue to yellow!!Super stuff, I have shared your details with other ex-pats down here to spread the word about your great service. Next morning my new motor arrived and in less than 3 hours I had the dyson working again. As your book said, a little fiddly but with patience and your manual a huge saving against buying a new vacuum. Many thanks again.

I had problems with my DC04 and was investigating on line possible problems, having found the answer then I had to get the spares, to sort the problem only 2 possible contenders and MV seemed the best for delivery, price etc so I ordered and everything arrived within a couple of days, wonderful. All parts fiitted and it is now working except trying to sort out back hose which does not seem to want to come off, still percivere and see what people on forum say.

Big thanks to the team at M-vacs, my order arrived today all present and correct and the rubber cup thingy to, enabled me to finish off 3 machines tonight. Thanks Guys (and Gal's) PS. The turbo brush is brilliant value for the money I recommend those if you have a cylinder machine with a missing or broken head
This is more of a 'thank you' than an enquiry. Using your excellent website and some of the information in your forum, I was able to select the parts I needed and gain the know-how and confidence to replace the yoke cable assembly in a DC40.I was asked to 'have a look' at the machine by a colleague of my wife's, who's boyfriend had deconstructed it into its component parts and promptly given up.So, armed with the knowledge and spare parts from yourselves and a bit of common sense, I managed to rebuild the machine and replace the yoke cable (which actually would have only required removing five screws, two covers and a bracket?! (hindsight is great, isn't it?!). The machine now works perfectly and is so good I nearly lost my slippers, plus the owner was delighted to the point of being moved to tears!You might think me writing to you is a bit daft, but I just wanted to say 'thank you' and say that it's businesses such as yours that allow people to make cost effective DIY repairs, at reasonable prices and make use of the excellent source of information contained in your forum.
