Hi,

I have a Dyson DC44 Animal and the brush on the main head stops spinning after about 5 seconds of use. The unit is fully charged. Can anyone help with what may be causing this please?

Many thanks,

Louise

Is the unit itself running OK?

Have you removed the brushroll and cleaned it?

As MVacs said. I would recommend removing the brush from the head and giving it a clean. It sounds like there could be a blockage.
