Broken Brushroll Cog - DC24

Got a DC24 for pennies the other day, and always up for taking something apart, I had a crack at it tonight
It does this: (speakers down!)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZdMsI0_ZDk&feature=share&list=UUv0y2E43HyJMX85p-Wxro0Q
However, by stripping the head down, holding the motor in my hand, plugging the head back into the cleaner and turning it all on it span a treat
So I cleaned everything up, and decided to take the cog that spins the brushroll out, take the bearing out and clean and re-pack it with grease to prolong it's miserable life...
(You can guess can't you!)
Does anyone know where I can get either just a cog, or the plastic housing which holds the cog, screws onto the brushroll motor and doubles as the belt guard? Don't need the motor, just that black part.
Hope the motor is an easy fix now after all this trouble!
This is the newest dyson I've had the 'pleasure'
to work on! It's so small!

We have a few of those; I'll put them on the shop now.

Just seen these hit the shop, thanks!
However, going by the picture you put up, and the blurb provided I think I need an earlier type
Picture of the other side of the cog (possibly would have helped earlier!)
Do you have one like this?

For clarification for others too, as we do get asked about this, here are the two types side by side.
We do have a handful of the early ones too. I can see your email address backside Beko, if you order one, we'll send you an early one instead.

An update on this! The part worked a treat, thank you! However the main motor remained scrap, and having only paid £20 for it didnt fancy sinking another £40 into a motor. So I stripped and cleaned the brushroll housing, and put it on ebay to help a fellow DC24 out.
Was pleasantly surprised at the price! Ironically, I had a buy it now on lower than the final auction price, but someone put a 99p bid on the first day so it took the bin away! Sold some other parts from it and luckily tripled my money.
So not a complete fix, but enough to work in the long run!

We have about 5 dc24 cleaner heads with working motors(which sound healthy). However all 5 brush bars rattle. On one the actuall frame is broke so the end cap pushes out. The other 4's brushes and end caps look fine. Does this mean the cog is worn?? They are a mixture of new and old. Do the new brushes fit the old cogs? And I have also come across to different styles of end cap and they are both genuine. Any help is much appreciated.
