A chap returned a faulty Dyson DC24 cleaner head to us that was still within [our] warranty. Although Dyson don't honour warranty on these to the trade, we do to our customers. This is what he had to say when he got the repaired unit back:

A collector who bought a very rare machine from us and had it shipped to the US had this to say after it arrived:

With Dyson pulling the plug on support for the DC04 in 2014, I would have been completely lost had I not found this forum. With the aid of its help (and in particular the three numbered parts pages and the complete strip-down sequence) I gained the confidence to strip down a 2nd-hand DC04 that I had picked up yesterday for just under a tenner, only to find that the previous owners had obviously used it after a particularly rowdy party when the carpet was soaked in wine. A horrible gungy build-up on both sides of the brush assembly, but with the help of this forum I was able strip everything down, clean it all up, and reassemble it into a much quieter and more efficient vacuum cleaner. Thank you !
