Whilst is was in Stockport you managed to repair and service it all within a few hours so it was ready for me to take away.

I would like to express my appreciation of how good your customer service was from my initial enquiry when Claire was able to steer me towards the correct parts I required and Stuart's prompt follow up email and advice. Thank you also for organising the refund of the second postal charge after I added to my initial order.


These days I find it is rare to get good customer service and I am usually the first to express my dissatisfaction but both of you were exemplary in demonstrating how a customer should be treated. 11 out 10 for you both.
