Dear Manchester VacsJust to let you know that the order below has been received this morning and the part swiftly fitted onto the vacuum.....shame it's such a nightmare to fit the new belts as always. I noticed your tool in the parts list but as mine has no clutch it wouldn't be relevant, so I'll carry on improvising with various assorted implements out of the kitchen drawer!! Everyone else in the house goes out when I change a belt, can't imagine why...Vacuumed all round now, soooooo pleased. Now I've been able to get that part (a brand new part wouldn't have made economic sense as many other parts are showing wear) I might even go rash whilst we wait for Spring and treat it to a new brush bar and underplate-thingy at some point!Many thanksRoz Glad I found your website!

While we're here... I can recommend the spares service from Manchester Vacs. I sent them a long list of parts to rejuvenate the DC-01 and they packaged it all and sent over to me in Hong Kong. Shame I didn't order a new switch, which went pop a week after! Next job...

Just wanted to say a big thank you!! The motor on my 11 year old DC08 finally packed up. Searching online for a replacement was difficult (as the original Matsushita/Panasonic/UDS1554CNA is no longer made). Then came across your conversion kit with the YDK and new rubber seal). Ordered and arrived within 48 hours! Fitted in perfectly in less than 15 mins. Now have Dyson running as good as new!! Absolute result!! Saved me the £300 quid of a new one. Result!! Thanks again.
