Hi Claire, sorry to disturb you again. I think it could be a little bit interesting information for you. I have checked a document of my DC02. It was bought it in 10/96, Dyson is old 21 year, not 16 y I mentioned in my previous email. I would like to thank Dyson company butespecially MANCHESTER VACS! To keep spare parts for such very old type of VC is excellent. I will recommend you for my friends of DYSON in CZ & SK. Best regards Martin

Hi ClaireIt turned out to be the reset switch, now replaced with a new one from yourselves and the DC25 is working fine. Thanks for your advice, also for the helpful information on your website without which I could easily have gone straight for a replacement brush roll motor which wouldn’t have solved anything.RegardsChris

Not an enquiry but a commentary, and you may use it and my name however you wish.I placed an online order from Manchester Vacs Sebo Shop on 24 July 2018 and had all the requested items, including a replacement motor, delivered at 10.30 on the morning of the 26 July with exceptional, careful wrapping and a substantial box.I can only compliment the company for its exemplary service, backed up by a very clear and comprehensive website and a remarkable stock of all things Sebo, I had inherited an early X1 from my mother in 2016 and did not realise it had never been serviced (apart from bag changes) since the day it was bought, and remarkably it still functioned, up until the motor decided it had had quite enough abuse and burned out, at the most inconvenient moment! I was able to obtain all the necessary parts from The Sebo Shop as above, with such speedy service that I was able to have the X1 back in action, and working better than ever, before noon the same day as the bits arrived. This meant the vacuuming could be finished before the guests arrived after all!Thank you Manchester Vacs for showing just what good service looks like!RegardsPeter Corrin
