Dear Sirs, On Thursday I ordered from you a motor (Order ref RC.... ). Having had e-mail notification from Parcel2go that it would be shipped on 29th I was delighted to receive it yesterday. I have now fitted it, (putting the DC01 back together was like doing a 3D jigsaw !), and the vac is back to normal; thank you for your excellent service. Regards Roger

Just to let others who do repairs to their Dysons that Manchester Vacs could not be more helpful if you call on them as I did with my rather decrepit DC01! The only repair needed in 15 years was to the power cable but now the top of the wand had broken to the extent that it could not hold tools and the back hose was split in a number of places reducing suction. After a bit of hunting used but serviceable items were found and fitted at reasonable cost. Having found Manchester Vacs I think our tough old DC01 will be with us for a few more years!

Hi,I bought the below from you guys & it came today - Dyson had to go around Xmas / New Year!!Fitted it today (Dyson DC14) following an online video, vac works great, I'll definitely keep you in mind when it comes to service/repair/refurb of future Dysons.Thanks for the pre-sales phone advice too, great service.
just wanted to thank you for your service. the bin latch on my Dyson was broken. i phoned Dyson to get a new latch and they told me it was an integral part of the cyclone. I told them that was ridiculous as i had the part in my hand. I looked all over the net and came across you. Looked on your DC04 parts list and to my surprise there was the part. I could not believe how quick it came. I will definitely come to you for any spares that i need for my dysons and recommend you to others. regards Ian

To all the guys at Manchester Vacs I have just taken delivery of my DC07 which I ordered on Monday. What a fast and efficient service you have provided.The DC07 (for a refurbished) is in excellent condition and works. I have a DC07 Animal and is dying (new motor needed) which I bought new in March 2002.
