Thanks for an excellent service. My parts arrived three minutes after the start of the quoted delivery window. I didn't ask the driver why he was late!! A good order and they have rejuvenated my elderly Dyson, it's now back "as new".

May I just say how kind and thoughtful the lady was who rang me. I had ordered a new brush roll for my Dyson and she informed me that the brush was probably not the problem with my vacuum and advised me to check for a blockage. I was then reimbursed with the monies I had sent for the purchase. What a decent and caring company you are. I would recommend you to without hesitation.

The part arrived in this morning's post, and I thought you would like to know that I eventually managed to fit it, and that the old Dyson is now up and running again. In fact it is in better shape than for a long time. The fitting was quite a struggle for a 70 year-old retired professor, but fortunately she is also an ironmonger's daughter and a never-say-die Yorkshirewoman!So thanks again: all OK now. Just to say “thank you” for your excellent service. My Dyson DC33 was on its last legs - 3 house moves, 3 foster dogs and 2 of our own meant we vacuumed quite a lot. Ordered a recon from you last week, which turned up in record time. It’s in excellent condition - like cleaning with a Rolls Royce rather than a clapped out Mini! Can’t get on with the handhelds in a carpeted house occupied by a hairy mutt and it’s servants and close to a beach. Keep safe in Manchester.Liz
