A gentleman today sent us this:

I only ordered on Sunday night, I had the PCB when I got home from work tonight, fitted in 10-15 mins, and am now up and running again.

This was an £8 repair, that would have cost me £79 for a fixed price repair at a Dyson Service ctr.

Excellent service and good price, and you are now in my contacts list for any future needs.
I will pass on your details to friends and family.

I have placed the order with you for the hose. It was not an inherent design fault with the hose but just a case of my customer sticking a pen into it in order to get a fifty pence piece out!
