Dyson DC24 PCB resistor question.

Hello!

It seems as though I'm having the problem that many people in this forum have with their brush head. Basically, sparks and electrical blowout smell. I took out the PCB and there is a surface-mounted resistor on the underside that is totally blown. Now I want to attempt to replace the resistor before I go and buy a replacement PCB. Can anyone tell me what value the surface mounted resistor on the underside has?

Most people tend to replace the PCB as they are not very expensive.

If you have sparks, that says the motor is shot. Add a fried resistor, and a new cleaner head is the most economical answer.
