DC40 low suction
« on: January 16, 2014, 06:36:34 pm »

Hi All

Newbie here so please be gentle !

We have a DC40 that is just over 12 months old , recently has trouble picking up / suction low.

Filters have been washed each month , allowed to dry before use etc  , this problem started about a week ago.

The brush bar was cleaned and the associated pipework checked for blockages, none apparent.

Today we fitted new filters (complete set) as we suspected the filters may have broken down, problem persists.

Any ideas ?
