Hello - loving the forum

My sister has managed to clog her DC40 cyclone - is there anyway of cracking this open to clear it out and clean up? I have done with my own DC07, 11 and 14's but not with the newer models and hoping someone might be able to shed some light for me please.

I have never seen one, but I expect it is. Have a good look for screws. They were hidden about in the dc08, god only knows where they hide on these!

Or post on dysons Facebook wall. They always bleat on about how uncloggable the new machines are, sure they will help you out swiftly to avoid bad press!
