What in the world is this?
« on: January 28, 2014, 11:00:26 pm »
Apart from a DC07 obv!

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dyson-Hoover-/251434799086?pt=UK_Vacuum_Cleaners&hash=item3a8aae8fee

Can't help but think that's not an original colour, and I doubt the cameras making that look as light purple rather than grey as that...

If it stays under a tenner I'll have a closer look, in the same town as me!

Anyone seen one of these before?

It's a Marie Curie cancer awareness model. Hard to tell by the photo but it looks a little faded. I've only ever had one so they must be pretty rare.

Aaah I've never seen a Marie Curie DC07 either! Shame it's got no stickers or other writing left as it could have joined it's DC04 Marie Curie cousin.

They do look odd with no writing or stickers on don't they!

If you look closely on the footplate under the clutch knob, there's the writing saying it's a CLIC charity Dyson - it's a bad photo and the writing's in silver so not so easy to notice.

Watch out for a cracked cyclone handle though as they're a pain to replace!

Yes, its a CLIC.........

Three tone pink Barbie model. We see quite a few of them. Most women hate them. Girly, girly pink girls love them!

I laughed so hard to see the picture turned on its side with a pink vacuum.
Glad you solved the mystery.
