DC24 ball filter making ball stick
« on: March 24, 2014, 06:13:53 pm »
got 4 DC24 dysons and 3 filters, problem i have is when the ball filter is fitted in any of the 4 hovers
is seems to be loose in them all and when hovering they pop out a bit causing the ball to click and sometimes stick
so it don't move is this a common fault ? just seems strange how i have 4 DC24's and 3 filters and i have swapped
them about but the same happens is there a fix for this ? thanks jason

2 of them are original filters and 1 new one by the looks of it
found the problem it is the cover on the balls the buttons that click the cover in place the plastic warps inward
afrer they have been pressed to take the cover off , so i bent the button back outward and now they run smooth :)
