Servus @all!  :tiphat:

I'm szonic from Germany.

I've been loking for the reason why my DC25 Brush/Cleaner Head will not work.
I hopefully found the reason in this Thread:

Seems to be very nice and helpfull board!

Hope you understand my english, I know it's not the best, but I try to write as good as I can. ::)

Best Regards
szonic

Welcome! Hope you fix your issue!

Maybe bare, twist and insulate the wires first to confirm the issue, I imagine postage will cost a lot to Germany and if its not a certain fix could get costly!

Good morning friends.

My Dyson is running again and my wife loves me more than before!  :king:

It was the white cable which was broken.
I soldered and insulated it and it works as it was before.

Thank you very much for this great information, now i have a little bit time to consider a solution.

I think you're right, posting a new yoke assembly loom will cost a lot of money, so i need another solution.

How can i dismount this part?
Maybe i find some small and flexible cable to replace the original one.

Regards
szonic

Run through the checkout to see. I would be surprised if posting a yoke assembly loom would cost more than €5 to Deutschland. We send a lot of mainland Europe.
