The brushroll is sticky but I cannot take apart to inspect

I had one, really good damn powerful handheld! I dont think you can take the brush cover off without breaking it, or if I'm wrong, there may be screws behind the cover, be careful though because its a really good vacuum

I took mine part, on the left side of the vacuum there are visible screws, check the other side if there is, and it's been ages since I took mine prt, but I no longer have it. I do remember that two screws are under the brushbar sole plate

They have moulded plastic over the screw on soleplate, (knew we've done them before) so we drilled it out & got inside.
The brushroll was gunked up but also the switch is dodgy.

Cool, had to throw mine away cos the switch had gone, would be nice of it had just "on" and "off" and that's it tbh
