DC24 cleaner bar jammed, motor or PCB burnout?

Hi all, I know this is very similar to many other threads on here but the others don't quite help me out.

Just had something caught up in the rotating cleaner bar and jammed it stationary before I could cut the power or deselect the bar. It now no longer works (rest of the vacuum is fine). Will I have burnt out the motor or the PCB or both?

I have neither a voltmeter (sorry I don't know the technical term) nor a skinny enough T10 screwdriver to open the head up. By the time I have spent money on these (they'll need to be ordered online as I work 8-6am Mon-Fri and I can't wait until next Saturday), and then tested the motor input/PCB and then got round to ordering the relevant failed part we're looking at 2 weeks and I might have well as ordered a whole new head.

So my question is which part am I most likely to need? I'll take advice and then weigh up whether I just gamble and buy the part you kind people suggest (I won't hold anybody responsible if its the incorrect advice!), or whether I should just buy a whole new head and have a working vacuum to keep Mrs M happy by next weekend.

Have you pressed the red reset button?

Or is the brushbar actually jammed solid?

Yep, feeling a little stupid now, the red button did it. I had no idea what that was for (the sticker nearby had rubbed blank). Thank you for your help!

Hehe, you are not the first. Lots of people roll in our shop, get the red button pressed, and roll out again.
