The power cord has become detached within the machine.
I've looked at it to see how it comes apart (the machine) without any success.
Help!

Assuming this type of DC29.........
(As in some parts of the world, the DC29 is what we call the DC25)
The easiest fix would be to replace the cable rewind as a unit.
