Hi, I have a DC25 in for service and repair. There is a black clip that's come loose near the ball. Can't quite work out where it goes. I think there is a bit sticking out which has to fit in the hole of it see photo.
Can anyone provide a photo off one in place ?
Thanks

Thats the fun* clip that provides the spring to pull the wheels upright I think
Either way, here's some pics of it from a DC25 I had in recently if it helps:
It's the sort of thing you'll put in wrong about 4 times before getting it right! I always do!

Thanks guys,
I think I got it in the right place in the end.
The screw was missing and hadn't been vacuumed up, but managed to find a screw to fit with a washer to hold it on. Seems to do the trick.
Thanks for your replies
