Fake Dyson!
« on: February 16, 2015, 10:15:16 am »
Here is a fake Dyson. The buttons are not red, it has variable speed, the cyclones look dodgy and the dyson logo looks like a sticker that has been stuck on

Haha, nice! When I first seen the pic, I thought its a DC22. Then. I saw the price, thought it was quite cheap for a modernist Dyson. So. I clicked on it and realised it looked dodgy, lol

If that was a tenner I'd get it purely to strip it down and see what's what!

From experience, a lot of cheap vacuums and budget Hoovers come with those types of floor tool. They are so horrible the suction can't be felt on even  the thinnest rug

I sent the seller a message last night, and got this back today

Hi
Thank you for the information, I am taking the advert off because it is obviously a fake and I have been done, but have still got the receipt from when purchased, it may go to trading standards.
Cheers

Feel sorry for the chap tbh, I've pointed him to this thread incase it proves helpful for him.

Good job
I would like to see this fake Dyson on Watchdog as it's something new they are making as fake Dyson fans have been dealt with for being a fake and a fire hazard.
