Had an Ebay return a few weeks ago, went out like this,
Arrived like this
First one ever damaged in transit so cant complain really, still
me off.
Didn't have a dark silver foot plate to replace it so went for a multi. I love doing these. There is one mistake, see if you can spot it.

Nice! Was the buyer pleased/did they even notice?
Shame about the damage, although I've always found that colour scheme of dc07 to be the most fragile tbh

We used to get a lot damaged like that with Yodel. Why we switched to UPS. They are more money but almost never get it wrong.
I haven't spotted the mistake yet. Giz a clue?
Edit: No circlip on the right hand side holding the cleaner head on?

Correct. I didn't notice it until I had posted it on ebay
