DC19 twin tool holder on plastic wand.
Is there a special way to attach the tool holder on this, or is it suppose to flop around all over the place like a flaccid d@*k on a cross country runner?

Hahahaha
Can't help re your issue though. De sticky a few small foam double sided pads on one side and stick to the holder?
