DC25 hose

Hi my dc25 has a generic hose and the tools are very difficult to insert and it doesnt create a tight enough seal around the wand csusing a hissing sound. Any one else found this? It doesnt matter if not. Said the hose split to dyson and they are sending me a new one under gtee.
