Don't quite know why this is in the DC/DA01 section...

But, the winning bidder didn't pay, and the second highest didnt want it so IBAISAIC (youtube it) got the 3rd email and paid £220 for it. And apparently will be giving it a full test, and using it briefly before cleaning it up again and storing it away!

Of course no plug, they didnt become fitted until probably the early 90s! One of the draws of an 'Electricity Board' special cleaner was they fitted a plug for you, normally branded with something!

Fixed now.

But, the winning bidder didn't pay, and the second highest didnt want it so IBAISAIC (youtube it) got the 3rd email and paid £220 for it. And apparently will be giving it a full test, and using it briefly before cleaning it up again and storing it away!

That isn't that clear, you mean you were the third bidder and now have it?

From what he said, the first (0 feedback registered on 1st August) bidder didnt want it, the second person who got a second chance offer didnt want it so Roger got the 3rd second chance and said yes.

I know he did bid until it skyrocketed past his budget, dont know how many bids back he was though.

This has happened before, when DiscontinuedbutDiscounted first listed their NIB cleaners they were bid up sky high, then the people who bid casually said they didnt want it. They casually said this on a forum too, and I remember myself and others got quite angry with them, a few people got banned from it, I think I only got away with no warning because I didn't swear at them.

Once the video comes up on YT I'll link i to here.

Probably! Roger has unboxed some old vacs that dont bave plugs fitted.  Its why old 70s and 80s machines have a random whatever plug on,  as it had to be bought seperstly.  I presume someone wired one up the wrong way once and killed themselves,  lots of pregnant nuns and some kittens,  hence why everything has a moulded,  fitted plug on

Every pool needs a little chlorine, even the gene pool.  Things like having to fit a plug helped "thin out" stupid.  Things are so idiot proof and fail safe now, the stupid people are taking over.
