Dyson tool adapter for generic vacuum accessories

Hello everyone.

I have some spare parts from an old Hoover vacuum[1] and I'd like to make use of the pet tool it came with on my Dyson DC25. I found a part from eBay[2] that looks like it would fit, but can't be sure. Does anyone know if this will work? I measured the inside portion of the Hoover tool to be 32mm.

Welcome to the site. The adaptor you ask about is one of our products.

The end measures 32mm, slightly further up the shaft it is a tad wider, maybe 33mm.



I cant open your first Hoover link, but from what you said, it seems likely it would fit. The adaptor fits the DC25 OK.
