Comes up as a standard green/lime that does. Ta.

is it actually a constant max or is it just a standard lime and green?

Hard to say, I have only seen them in orange.

Does the cyclone have a little clear dome on the top near the handle? Its like a full indicator thingy. Does the cable have a lawnmower type plug on it about a foot from the machine?

Fair play!

Get the cyclone top handle too,  they break easily,  amd you could find a 99p dc04 with it broken and quickly make £££s!

I tried to rip a Dyson hose once, DC04 silver lime one cos I had a spare but was faded to an ugly green & blue colour so I tugged HARD holding the hose cuff and the Dyson held against the wall with something and it wouldnt rip, was amazed, like how can people manage to do that lol.

If I haven't got a specific part for my dyson's. (Apart from filters belts etc). I just go to the dump. There Is always a dyson there. I remember I told him once to keep an eye out for a multi coloure DC01 (de stijl) or any DC01. hope fully one will come up eventually.
