Here is a curiosity, the address on the public listings is this:

Not a salubrious place.

The address to return faulty/broken items to (as I have had the displeasure too) is this:

The two addresses are 72 miles apart though.

The listings say "I provide invoices with VAT separately displayed". Which isn't true - no invoice is supplied. No VAT number is listed on the eBay profile either. Seller has been an eBay member less than three years and has a 5800 feedback. As only about 20% of buyers leave feedback, that suggests circa 29k sales. 9666 a year. If each sale is only £10 average, that is a turnover of over £90kpa without the Gumtree and Facebook sales. This seller should be VAT registered.

I guess flogging crap from the tip on eBay without a WEEE or Waste Carrier Licence, and dodging the VAT is more lucrative than Facebook poker chips anyway.

I think this person is still in business.
