The World's #1 Vacuum Cleaner Advice, Repair, Discussion & Information Forum
Take a couple of weeks regular vacuuming but it certainly looks good for collectors or in a selling point of view
Doesn't the dust end up sticking to baby oil on the inside of the bin - I would have thought even if left 20 mins or so, it would still be tacky to touch?
I will try that I use auto glym glass polish that would be easier for sure
my god I have just done 5 bins 1st as said 20 min brilliant then I did 4 not so long maybe 5 mins not so good many thanks for the top tip I will leave for 20 mins next time cheaper than autoglym ,I used a sponge to cover second time kitchen roll 1st time quicker with the sponge not so messy thanks again ,I have started using a spray nilco heavy duty floor cleaner to spray the dysons as I clean you can dilute tp 500.1 ,I use one third cleaner 2 thirds water its degreaser £9 a gallon from b q we use it at work I pinched a little to try ,good product
Omg I need to try!I got a new Dc07 Allergy+ yesterday for my collection btw! The bin is a bit marked on the outside aswell (ugh). Used my normal hair spray method, doesn't look brand brand new new out the box but looks like it's been used like once, gotta try the baby oil and let you know :) Ps do I buff with a microfibre cloth by hand? or do I wrap it around a rotating tool
