The New Sebo Automatic X7 Has Just Launched.
« on: September 05, 2017, 08:44:15 PM »
Following the introduction of the New EU 900w Vacuum Cleaner Rules in September 2017, we have been waiting to see what the discontinued Sebo X4 will be replaced with.

At the IFA Consumer Electronics show in Berlin, 1-6 September, Sebo have unveiled the Automatic X7, the replacement for the X4. With an 890w motor to just sneak inside the new rules. Here it is:

We'll be trying to get our hands on one of these to look at and review as soon as possible.  :icon_nod:

As soon as they land, you'll find them >>here<<. More news as it happens.

look ok to me, virtually same as x4 in appearence i think ?
If it was assembled it can be disassembled - if we can't repair it then it probably isn't worth repairing !

I'm not so keen on it TBH, but I do like that it has a headlight! ;D

They made it look blockier which makes it look older IMO :/
DC14s are tanks, just need a slightly longer motor life. Do plastic parts often break on DC14s? Nope. DC41- Sexy looking futuristic and powerful machine. Just needs a better designed cleaner head wheel and cyclone clip along with a dense metal rod in the chassis.

I really like the peaked profile from the front.

But yes i love the headlight - hopefully a bulb and not led strip - as they are poor in my experience in the tv side.
If it was assembled it can be disassembled - if we can't repair it then it probably isn't worth repairing !

Well it would be a bit daft if they had to reduce the size of the motor for environmental reasons and didn't use an LED!

Even my dirt searcher has an LED bulb.
