This was bought to my attention by someone who knows I spend a lot of time on here

The fitment of the extension hose is wrong, the short hose from the machine comes out of the wand, and the hose attaches directly to that, then the end of the extension hose can clip back into the wand for use.

I believe Steve is also going to have words, although I question his training if this is how it's given

I did notice it afterwards, but they fit both ways.
