Thank you! ;) I think it's my first free Dyson, I don't recall getting one for free. Got some pretty dirt cheap ones though! Like a working DC07 All floors from the carboot sale for £3 with some tools, just needed a hose repair and refurb ;D

I wish I could have come, sadly it was at night though  and on the 3rd Jan :( Maybe next time though! Would be amazing ;D

Next time you are nearby, do PM me before and pop in. The new place will have a 'museum' area with a dozen or so rare machines (Fantom, Rotork, all De Stijls ever made, Beko's awesome DC03 clear, brand new DC05, etc), a free coffee machine, an Airblade in the toilets, and you will get the guided tour and meet everyone.

Same invite goes out to any of our regular forum contributors, Dyson collectors, Dyson enthusiasts, customers, etc.

Not butting in at all!

Funny you should say that. I was away over new year until a couple of days ago, but I found out today that while I was away, two people drove down from Scotland to buy a recon machine each. They had another errand to do in the north west, so en route they diverted to us. I thought it pretty cool that people have read the site and the forum and decided to bail down from over the border. We had couple from Glasgow a couple of months ago who had read the site, wanted some parts, and decided to have a long day out and visit somewhere nearby while they were at it.

We get people from Yorkshire, Lancashire, the Midlands, Birmingham and all over the place that just drop by, collect a few bits, say hello, and comment on the site or forum. We had an American guy a few months ago who had a relative he was visiting an hour away. So he decided to call on us just to say he reads the forum, likes it, and say hello. He collects all kinds of vacuums in the US and was really happy to visit a Victorian era shop in the UK full of Dysons.
