dyson washing machine cr01

my dyson cr01 washing machine comes up with message not filling with water
 
 can you suggest a fix
 
 the display panel is working 100%
 the main circuit board is 100%
 the inlet valve is 100%
 
 I have checked for blockages with hoses and inlet filters all seems ok
 also checked rubber vacuum tube to display panel seems ok
 
 any suggestions gratefully appreciated
 
 many thanks

Is it filling up but still giving the error message, or not actually filling as it tells you?

it is filling with water
but only in short bursts and not to the required level

Not so much on the washers. There are a couple of blokes that will pop by if PM'd though.
