This has got to be one of the most unreliable site out there, it's always crashing. error 404 today.

It doesn't crash on me, but it is usually slow and somewhat difficult to navigate.
I still haven't gotten over their removal of the about dyson page with old adverts on it for some of the early models!

Its working now but was down all morning, dose it a lot. Yes it is veeeerrrrrry slow and likes to take you round in circles.

They have tech on it like Cloudflare that shuts it off if too many database queries. Its designed to stop hackers and people teasing their database for data. It can happen during natural traffic spikes too.
