hi I have had 2 dc08 with floor tools with the internal hose any one of you guys got a fix for them ,I have glued the hose back in ,cant think how to fix ,what is your thoughts thanks

I can't even get into the head. Is there a way of doing that?
If I could, I would have a go at fixing something flexible to act as a new skin on the hose - tape is no good as it won't stretch. The hose needs to flex. Such a pity Dyson didn't think this bit out properly.

Every time I vacuum up after doing a bit of DIY, I reflect that a bit more house is turning into dust and being thrown away.
Now a happy owner of a Big Ball Cinetic Animal (yes, I do mean the Dyson).

You can strip them so far, think there is a guide. if you get some clear or silver duck tape and attach it with the hose stretched, then force the hose back to its compressed state it usually works OK ish.
