I'm busy trying to decorate the bathroom, so haven't had time to put the DC29 back together yet. Many thanks to Stuart & the team for getting the motor and filters to me so quickly, collected it from the box last Tuesday morning (5th) on the way to work at early o'clock. Excellent service.

I should really turn off my advert alerts for anything "Dyson", but I haven't and one came in late last night. A DC07 All floors and local, not sucking too well from the description. It's dead local and the seller offered to drop it by later, but I'm going to ask them to meet me down the village as I really don't want a load of earache from Mrs Honda about it! I'll wait until it's dark and hide it in the man-cave.
I've still to put my DC07 origin back together (It's on the slow-boat as the DC02 / DC31 are doing their bit), so when that happens I'll get shot of that and introduce the All-floors. Well that's the plan...
Either way, there will be another order in the pipeline soon.
Cheers.

Nice! New filters, clutch belts will probably be ok, and a cyclone clean should have it sucking ok, a full refurb will have it working as it should
Then facebook for £50!

Although I had the opposite last night, a mate tagged me in a dead DC07 on facebook, and I'm collecting it tonight for a fiver. Told her, and how our friend had tagged me in it and she went and bollocked him!
Got away with it! Hoping its the switch but I have a spare good YDK if not that keeps falling off the shelf in the shed

Lmao who bollocked who?
That's an early Dc07 so the motor might work, if it was an origin I would be like "Yup that's blown up"

Eddie, nice one! DC07's are good vacuums, I have a blue and purple Allergy and I love it :) even though I am either 5 ft 11 or 6 Ft I still find the Dc07 slightly tall and that a DC14 is much more comfortable to use and a better machine overall in every single way (except bin capacity and more cyclone screws to un do)

Amy bollocked our friend.
Its an origin, with I presume a blown motor as the fuse cord and switch are good. I have a working motor in the shed, so itll get refurbed and sold

It should do (not that I would know - no Apples round 'ere). Turn the screen orientation lock off.
