Dyson Handheld (Cordless) After-Market Motorheads.
« on: May 15, 2016, 05:47:42 pm »
Has anyone tried these? Just discovered them after trying to find a nice cheap mini motorised head for a DC34 Animal I'm buying. I think it looks good :) anyone think it's worth it?

Also I have never used a Dyson handheld so I would like some info on the DC34 Animal as I know some of you have :)

Thanks! :) How's the suction on max and min, I have a DC03 and I refurbished it, still has crap suction and I swear a DC01 can suck more! Will it be like a Dc03 or better? I have never ever owned a Dyson handheld/cordless

I am still curious about the fake Dyson Doctor type of carbon fibre head, I like it :) Not sure what it's like or if it's as stiff/stiffer than a genuine head

Have a dc16 and dc30, suction is very good for the size, dc30 is much lighter and a bit smaller.  My dc16 has mini motor head, this makes all the difference.

Thanks Madrat  I am leaning towards it!

Tony: Cheers, but that one looks like it has soft bristles :/ I was looking at the one I linked above and I think it looks good and it's from Dyson doctor so it might be okay to buy? Not sure how it's gonna perform though

They are a new line. I've just asked for a couple to look at.

There are two types I can get of these, as there are two types of electrical fittings. I haven't quite compiled the list of models each type fits yet, but will in the next day or two before they go on the shop.

I tried them this afternoon, they seem fine. Same kind of quality as Dyson ones. Minor design differences (for legal reasons I expect) but they seem OK to me.

Both types are there in the photo. Only the electrical connection differs.
