Identify this DC01 part please?

I rebuilt my DC01 and I have this plastic/sponge curved black part that came out when I dismantled it and I can not see where it came from (senior moment!)

DC01 700A  No123968 1100/1200 W Motor YDK-DC01



Can anyone advise where it goes please?

Hi, that goes in the motor housing just underneath the post motor filter grill, behind the motor :) The plastic shiny black part faces up the grill and the sponge part on the motor
