hi just had a dyson dc24 in every time you pick up the head drops .not looked at it yet any thoughts in problem at all thanks

Youll want to look at the plastic peg that sits inside the yolk I reckon,  or the springs that keep it held up,  again inside the yolk.

Or,  the red pedal at the back,  part of it may have snapped off,  that locks it upright too iirc
