The filter on my DC39 was clogging up with dust, seemingly reducing the effectiveness of the machine. On inspection the filter appeared to be bobbly so I purchased a genuine replacement part from the official Dyson website.
Within a very short space of time the replacement filter was just as bad if not worse, it gets caked in dust as much as a couple of centimetres in depth at one end.
Does anyone have experience of this problem and if so can they suggest a cause and solution?
