DC4 obsolete?

I had one of these with yellow internal parts. The front brush section grey housing had cracked across, I think from placing a foot on it to release it from the parked position. I was told the model was obsolete and spares no longer available - it this correct?

It depends what part you need. Some spares are common to Dc07 and DC14 models, some can be found 2nd hand. Go to Manchester Vacs website and see what they have.
