I'll admit I usually give Miele a little too much credit. And I am usually very confident in their products as they are always my (and my family's) stand by cleaners.

So, I'd really like to believe that they did their homework on this one, and this is the best solution according to their design philosophy, but seeing a pleated filter on a premium German bagless vacuum is a bit worrying. I do understand the decision to use a single cyclone, I've noticed they can move a lot more air compared to multicyclonic machines.

Hopefully the vacuum store near my home that I used to work for will get them in. I'll report back once I've had a play. Of course only time will tell if this system works well.

Being a Miele it probably is good quality and may work good but I think it looks aesthetically ugly (sort of) and it hardly looks like a vacuum without the hose and wand/flortool :|

Tbh I actually kinda like the way it looks.
