Are the US model Dysons manufactured to a different quality than the UK ones?

They are the same quality, but models and specs can differ.
Brushrolls and brushroll housings differ on models such as the DC07 and DC14. Also, you guys had some models we never got (and vice versa) such as the DC17 and DC28.
