Nothing Beko is allowed into our house after the fridge fires etc. I actually don't mind their latest range. Saying that my dishwasher never missed a beat until this week.  :offtopic: our grotpoint fridge freezer defrosted itself to this week as well.  :'(

Our previous Beko dishwasher lasted 7 years (never missed a beat) our Beko fridge freezer is 11 years old (never gone wrong) and our latest Beko washing machine is 4 years old (never gone wrong)  I love Beko products.

I must admit I like the look of the daily quick cycle on their washers and the display panel on the TOL slimline dishwashers.

I never go for anything complicated, just more to go wrong. Wasn't happy about this washer having a display, but its been fine.

That's because everything needs bells and whistles for some reason, just look at cars, half the stuff fitted most people never use. And just why do some appliances need internet access?

I chose he simplest cheapest Bosch I could and I admit I thought I needed a screen but, I actually love it without. Just chuck a tablet in press on and start. Just like my tumble dryer in the garage, set time and your done. Easy as 123

What made me think is it is for when You don't have time to start a wash, so you start it on the go but you still have time to put powder and softener in and load it before you go? Surely you could just turn it on aswell or use the delay start.

My dad had a 2005 Ford Focus C-Max ghia, he uses all the features sometime each month, Just ford have over complicated the Cruise Controll buttons like, first you have to turn it on, then set it and mess about with the speed buttons...
At least the A/C button is simple, press for on / press for off, although it doesnt work very well

Have got it fixed now, it was the anti flood float valve in the base making the machine pump out constantly. He said that my drain extension hose on the dishwasher was too long and the water couldn't be pumped away quick enough for the 1 minute pump timer, meaning there would be wash water in the rinses etc. This caused water to go over the sumo level (also why it flooded.) So have now cut a hole in the under sink cupboard to stick the main hose through that seems to have worked.

He also advised not to use anymore salt and to turn off the system when I had used up the remaining as it could make the water too soft, with all in 1 tabs and the already soft water we have. Still not sure what to think of this.
