When you fit the hopper the extra bit of the clutch shakes it and dispenses the zorb
EVERY DC04 Zorbster I've had has had a knackered clutch! Obviously a clutch change was needed to a standard one and also the thermal fuse on the motor. Not a problem, just a bit of a pain in the arse.If you're interested I've got a Zorbster brush head and hopper (if the clutch is OK, which in my experience is pretty unlikely!).

Every single clutched DC04 I come across have VERY soft bristles on the brushbars along with a knackered clutch
The wand cap may be tricky, as it's bespoke to the machine, same with the switch cap.
