Nice one! I agree, bloody rare are connie heads of any shape and size! But clean up the Hop Green connie body and bung it on ebay at £9.99 start with postage, might go for more than you think.
Hose and wands are scrap though, although you might get a few quid for the hose/machine end.

Does the motor run? I could do with a connie motor to put mine back to stock. I would offer to buy the machine itself from you (my connie is painted and has a 1200w motor in) but I've banned myself from buying anymore vacs this year...

It'll run beautifully if maybe a little dry, it's a proper hoover don't forget! Whatever you do, don't drill out the fancase bearings with a view to replace them, their special, I need to find a supplier of special rivets in less than 1000 quantity now

Ok the motor works, but I only ran it for a few seconds. When I opened it up, apart from the bag, that was about 30 years old and full to bursting, and the cut up tea towel for a filter I found this.

That filter plate is tissue paper thin, started to fill the house with dust and rust when I switched it on. I will strip and test it again but I think its OK, at least it came with proper filter clip and rubber dust bag seal. And I now have a full tool set.
