DC15 VALUES
« on: January 26, 2017, 02:21:07 pm »
A bit of a "how long is a piece of string?" question here. There is a DC15 local to me up for £35. It's complete, in good physical condition, but has a blown motor. I've no experience with this model at all, so can anyone advise whether it is worth me taking the plunge? Is this a model still in demand?

Strong money if you ask me, especially if you've not got a spare motor to put in it. You don't mention whether tools are included, I'd hope so at that price.

I'll do you a cheap used motor for a DC15 in case of need. I am sure we have a few.

Thank you, MVacs. I may well take you up on that, especially if I can get the price of the cleaner down a bit. I share Russ's view that the price is a little on the strong side.
