well yeah, kinda guessed that, I buy sell an refurb dysons and its such a common fault just wondered if any body has actually cured the problem??
Seems to be coming from the motor, if i take the bin off and hold my hand over the suction part of spine and vary the suction it does it. only seal there is around the motor, all ready done the seal trick around the motor rubber but it dont work.

Thanks, will try this later. its a yellow clutchless, dont think the machine warrants cost of a new motor as only worth £45 to sell on as is, but thanks for reply.
