Is this after a motor change?

Ours used to do it before I removed every single, spring, washer and screw, plug every component, completely cleaned the cylones then re built it, fine now, sometimes the filter doesnt alway click in as well

Haha made me laugh, usually checking every seal fixes it.

Seems to be coming from the motor, if i take the bin off and hold my hand over the suction part of spine and vary the suction it does it. only seal there is around the motor, all ready done the seal trick around the motor rubber but it dont work.  :'(

Just looked on my 07 Animal, Remove the filter and on the side of the motor cover should be a black seal, Is it there?

yes
Ok, If you take out the filter, and unhook the belt/clutch if you can be bothered (Dont nessesarily need to for this test) without the filter does the whistle still hapen if so, then you need a new motor, possibly brushroll or clutch aswell but most likely motor. What colour(s) is the machine

Thanks, will try this later. its a yellow clutchless, dont think the machine warrants cost of a new motor as only worth £45 to sell on as is, but thanks for reply.
