Miele S8310 Power Plus energy rating etc.

I bought a second hand Miele S8310.
It didn't come with original packaging so does anybody know energy and efficiency ratings?
I bought for it also a filter as it only had that one which is provided with bags.

It also had a black pad, which was extremely dusty so i threw it away as I read on Miele's website that it is not necessary to use it when you use a ActiveAirclean filter.



Strangely vacuum cleaners that I can see at currys are supplied with both, ActiveAirclean filter and that black pad.




So do I need something else here?
Are all Mieles casings sealed so no air can get out? Or only C3s?
