Dyson DC28: Height Selector (White) Buttons Not Working or Illuminating

Hey Guys -

I've had a DC28 for a few years now and a few months ago, the white height selector buttons stopped working altogether.  The power button works just fine, but the white ones do not do anything - including illuminate.  I'm considering disassembly as it seems a cable might have come unplugged or something got knocked out of place, but wanted to post first to see if anyone had suggestions.

Any suggestions?  Thanks!

do you mean the switch that turns the brush roll off/on?

Most likely a wire harness or circuit board fault, just check wires for continuity and if good then check main CB and the CB under the buttons.
